March 14, a trauma surgeon of the Vynogradiv district hospital reported to law enforcement officers that an 11-year-old 5th grade student of a Vynogradiv district school had turned to him for medical help with the diagnosis: concussion of the head soft tissues.
As the police found out, during the class, the teacher of Ukrainian language had hit the boy on the head twice, causing the said injuries. The investigation is being conducted.
