Pestel street behind the hotel "Zakarpattya" has long been in need for repair. The road here was in such bad state that few people were using it.

At this time, preparations are continuing on Pestel street and already this Monday, if the weather does not deteriorate, the city utility will start paving the road. The road repair will relieve the neighbourhood from traffic. According to the Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey, who was at the site of work, people had to drive from Jambul street to Svoboda Avenue by the opposite lane in order to get to the city center. Now, vehicles will be able to move freely on the renovated road on Pestel street.
