In Transcarpathia, the land fee increased the budget by 33.5 million hryvnia

Since the beginning of 2014, 33,563,000 UAH has been transferred to the consolidated budget of Transcarpathian region, these funds are payments of the land tax.

In total, in the region, there are more than 327.3 thousand land tax payers – individuals and 4 thousand entities.

Overall, in January-May this year, legal entities transferred to the budget 27,590,000 UAH, and physical persons – 5,973,000 UAH.

Please note that in accordance with Chapter XIII of the Tax Code of Ukraine, individuals, who own or use land on the territory of Ukraine, shall pay the land tax.

Territorial authorities of the Ministry of Income, annually by May 1, carry out accounting of individuals – land tax and land rent payers and by July 1 of the current year send tax notification on land tax and rent payment.
