The volume of gas supplies from Hungary to Ukraine is soaring. Every day, Ukraine receives from the neighboring state 9.2 million cubic meters of reverse gas.
This was reported by the Hungarian newspaper Vilaggazdasag (World Economy), the correspondent of the Ukrinform informed.
"The volumes of gas supplied from Hungary to Ukraine are rapidly increasing. Their daily volume reached 9.2 million cubic meters," – the Hungarian publication writes.
The newspaper notes that it is four times more than that supplied on May 20, at the start of the reverse gas supply to Ukraine. Also, this is more than the record daily volume in the supply of reverse gas in 2013.
According to Vilaggazdasag, gas exports to Ukraine is directly connected with the French company Gaz de France, which had acquired the gas from the Hungarian sellers.
