August 1, 2014, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Valeriy Lunchenko held a meeting involving the heads of all security agencies in our region, the Facebook page of the Regional Military Commissariat informed.
One of the main issues that were discussed at the meeting was the implementation of the third phase of the partial mobilization in the region.
It was emphasized that the activities of certain forces to disrupt the implementation of the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On the partial mobilization" were aimed at destabilizing the situation, bringing discord among the inhabitants of the region. Appropriate measures will be taken against the persons, who provoke violation of the laws of Ukraine, which will soon be informed to Transcarpathians.
In addition, the Governor instructed the relevant heads of security agencies to take steps for identification of men among IDPs and to register them in the military commissariats in the region in order to determine their fitness for mobilization on equal terms with residents of Transcarpathia. If they refuse to do so, male displaced persons will have the opportunity to return to the previous place of residence to protect the territorial integrity of our country.
Recall: the military commissar of Transcarpathian region, colonel Ivan Vasyltsyun stressed that the mobilization calls are delivered to government representatives too – deputies of regional, district, city, town councils, civil servants.
