Creativity against lack of culture: this is how they fight in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

The problem of illegal landfills concerns both the utilities, and the city residents. And while, with the introduction of effective waste management in Uzhgorod, the number of complaints to utilities regarding this aspect of their work has decreased, there are still obvious problems with consciousness of the city residents. And Uzhgorod residents, with perseverance worthy of better use, continue to spit on the rules of hygiene and coexistence in urban society, scattering or throwing their wastes at their neighbors’ feet!

However, the active part of the city community try to reach the conscience of their neighbors in the city. And our publication tries not to avoid these facts.

Another, creative way to deal with not too cultured neighbors was recorded by the newspaper "NEDILYA." Although the outrage about the neighbor’s "piggishness" somewhat affected the spelling, we hope that the author of the poster will succeed in achieving the main goal – to stop the "littering craze"!
