Information for organizers of tourist trips: we remind you that the joint order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine "On approval of the Procedure for border control of organized groups of passengers at checkpoints on the state border for sea and road transport" dd. 10.10.2013 № 969 / 787 registered with the Ministry of Justice on 30.10.2013 under the № 1833 / 24365, sets out the procedure for acceleration and simplification of border formalities for organized tourist groups and other groups of passengers at checkpoints on the state border for sea and road transport.
These innovations provide for the control of organized tourist groups on separate lanes and in priority order in the event of early (no later than 24 hours in advance) provision of preliminary information on the planned trip to the e-mail address of defined checkpoints, according to the prescribed form.
The e-mail address of Chop border guard detachment (road crossing points on the state border "Uzhgorod", "Chop (Tisa)") is chop_ zagin@pvu.gov.ga.
