At the bus station in Uzhgorod, a man gave a female journalist a slap

Uzhgorod police quickly identified the man who hit the senior editor of one of the TV programs on the Tisa-1 in the face. 

On June 28, at 07.50, a 23-year-old journalist of the Transcarpathian Regional State TV and Radio Company "Tisa-1" reported to Uzhgorod city police that in the building of the bus station in Uzhgorod, an unidentified man had hit her in the face.

 The investigative group of the city police immediately arrived at the scene. It was found that the offense had been committed by a 55-year-old resident of Uzhgorod motivated by the misunderstanding that had arisen between him and the victim while purchasing a ticket for a bus. 

Currently, the pensioner is talking to the police officers. This incident was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, and the criminal proceeding was opened under Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional minor bodily injury), punishable by a fine of up to fifty free minimum incomes, or community service for a period of up to two hundred hours, or correctional labor for up to one year.
