70% of all local revenues is Transcarpathian citizens’ income tax

This year, in Transcarpathia 343 million hryvnias worth of taxes have already been paid. The consolidated budget of the region received 12.3 million hryvnias more than in January-February 2012.

Of the total revenues, 42.6% have been allocated to the state budget, 57.4% – to local budgets.

Payments to the state budget amounted to 146 million hryvnias, the main taxes, forming the budget, are income tax and value added tax. They make up 83.5% of the total amount of payments.

197 million hryvnias of taxes and duties have been paid to local budgets, which is 15.5% more than for the corresponding period of the last year. Taxes on personal income comprise the bulk of local revenues – 69.2%.

In February 2013, the consolidated budget received 195.2 million hryvnias, the state budget – 87.2 million hryvnias, local budgets – 108 million hryvnias.
