66 adults were looking for one 10-year-old traveler

On August 29, at 21:50, the search and rescue service was informed that near the village of Luhy, in the "Bolsatu" tract in Rakhiv district, a 10-year-old boy had gotten lost.

As it turned out, that day, Vasyl, a resident of the village of Roztoky in Rakhiv district, together with his father and other local residents went to the forest to pick up mushrooms and berries. The father was watching the boy, but in the evening a fog started, and the boy went away from his father and got lost. 
Three mountain search and rescue units were engaged in search-and-rescue operations. In addition, the police with the dog training service, forestry workers and local residents helped to search for the boy.
Overall, 66 people and 8 vehicles were engaged in search operations.
On August 30, at 08:15, the lost boy was found in a wooded area near the Mount Chorna Hora. His condition is good, he did not need medical help, the press service of the regional Office of the State Emergencies Service assures.
