Yesterday morning, near the house number 39 on Dekabrysty street, Uzhgorod police officers arrested a 52-year old unemployed resident of the village of Pastilky in Uzhgorod district, and found in his jacket pocket 15 cartridges of 5,6 mm caliber wrapped in a plastic bag. The ammunition was seized and sent to the forensic research center at Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for examination. The man was questioned and released.

The border guards of the “Luzhanka” unit of Mukachevo detachment, while patrolling a section of the state border, in a sylvan array found five packages of tobacco products wrapped in black polyethylene. Subsequently, the cigarettes “Fest” without excise stamps in amount of 2500 (two thousand five hundred) packs were delivered to the border unit. Currently, botder guards are searching for the owner of the goods. The cigarettes were handed to representatives of the Ministry of income and taxes.
