Night border town of Chop… The evening of October 18: its dark, damp and cool outside… And dozens of inspired faces around. Someone is waiting for a son, someone – for a father, someone – for a beloved husband… And some came just to meet the heroes and shake their hands with gratitude…
While waiting we recall previous meeting with Chop border guards and talk to mothers of our militaries.
Our border guards are at home. Now, they will have a leave. They say that if necessary, they will not hesitate to return to the East and will do everything possible to not let the hell of war come to our homes, to the western borders. When you look into their eyes, you believe them, with these defenders there is nothing to be afraid of!
Welcome to your native land, guys! And thank you for your service and courage! May the peace come for all of us!
