Transcarpathiab artists “painted” 110,500 UAH for the soldiers

On Independence Day of Ukraine, ukrtoloka.com.ua reports on the results of the first stage of the charity exhibition and sale of paintings by Transcarpathian artists "Transcarpathian artists support the army of Ukraine!". Over the 46 days of the site activity (since July 9, 2014), 57 artists have participated in the campaign. Total number of exhibited works is 72 (9 – graphic works, 2 – bronze plaques 1 – iconography, 60 – paintings).

As of morning of August 24, artists and patrons have raised 110,500 UAH. This was reported by the critic Oksana Havrosh on his page on the social network. Not only artists take part in the campaign, but also collectors who give works from their collections for sale. And "lots" go to different parts of the country.

All the funds raised will be transferred for technical support (night vision binoculars) of Transcarpathian soldiers who are serving in the ATO area.

The second stage of our charity campaign starts on August 26. Artists of Transcarpathia actively contribute new paintings to help our guys. 

During August 26 – 31, there will be a second auction of paintings by Lisa Kremnytska and Pavlo Bedzir, Oksana Havrosh reminds. 

Recall, the charity art sale, started in Uzhgorod to support Transcarpathian soldiers, takes place online.
