The City Hall asked the prosecutor’s office to deal with the illegal 6-storeyed building on Fedynets street.

According to the Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey, instead of the 4 storeys approved in 2013, 6 storeys are actually being built. The Architectural and Building Inspectorate have taken no measures against the developer, although the City Council has addressed them about these violations.

"So I sent an appeal to the prosecutor about the inaction of the Architectural and Building Inspectorate officials, who for some reason stubbornly refuse to notice violations in this building" – Victor Shchadey said.
