Ukraine is preparing the National Plan of Implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU.

This was announced by the Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, the "Interfax-Ukraine" reported.

"We are preparing a package of documents and the National Plan for implementation of this agreement," – he said.

He said that the contents of the document would be deeper than that of similar documents of other countries that have already joined the EU.

With regard to the ratification of the Association Agreement by the Ukrainian parliament, Klimkin said that it is expected soon.

As reported, on June 27, Ukraine and European Union signed the economic part of the Association Agreement, which provides for the establishment of a free trade zone.

The Association Agreement between the European Union Ukraine is to be ratified by all 28 member states of the EU and Kyiv.

However, earlier the EU approved the temporary use of certain parts of the agreement, which will enter into force even before all member states have ratified the document.

Those parts include the provisions on free trade zone, which are expected to enter into force in the autumn of 2014 after the ratification of the document by the Ukrainian parliament.

As is well known, the political part of the Association Agreement EU-Ukraine was signed on March 21 of this year.
