The head of the Transcarpathian Regional Council expressed condolences to the families of deceased soldiers

Transcarpathian Regional Council Chairman Ivan Baloha expresses condolences to the families of the soldiers killed in Luhansk region. Three soldiers from Transcarpathia were killed there – Junior Sergeant Oleksandr Popadynets, Private Serhiy Martyn and Private Mykhailo Kulya.

 "On behalf of myself and the deputies of the regional council, I express sincere condolences to the families of the soldiers.  It is incredibly hard for everyone to endure such a loss. We are sharing your sorrow over the irreparable loss. In this difficult time for you, we bow our heads low with you in sorrow."
