Despite the war in the East, in Transcarpathia, they plan to hold concerts

On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine and the 69th anniversary of the annexation of Transcarpathia to Ukraine, in Transcarpathia regional authority plan to "organize public cultural and sports events and concerts," – the order of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, MP Valery Lunchenko states. 

Also, the order of the "Governor" tasked to organize and hold in the regional center celebrations to mark the 18th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine and the 69th anniversary of the annexation of Transcarpathia to Ukraine with the participation of representatives of local authorities and local governments, international and non-governmental organizations, political parties, science and culture figures.

In the second item, Valeriy Lunchenko instructs "to organize and ensure festive gatherings, concerts, and other events dedicated to the 18th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine and the 69th anniversary of the annexation of the Transcarpathian Ukraine in cities of regional importance, district centers, towns, villages."

The First Deputy Governor Andriy Serbaylo was appointed as the head of the organizing committee.
