Khust funeral parlor apologize to the living for the thieves that disturbed the peace of the dead

In early March, in Khust, at the city cemetery, located on Slyvova street, metal thieves were arrested.

They tried to take out and apparently sell for recycle parts of the benches that are located near the graves. Overall, they managed to steal 73 metal supports. The investigation department of Khust City Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region opened a criminal proceeding over this incident.

The administration of the funeral parlor in Khust reported that currently the dismantled bench supports are in the gravediggers shed at the cemetery. The funeral parlor apologize to the citizens, who have suffered, and advises to contact gravediggers to pick up the bench supports.
