The grounds for this were the results of the official investigation by the commission, which established the numerous inconsistencies with actual weight parameters of vehicles carrying international postal items from Slovakia to Ukraine through the customs point "Uzhgorod", which had been cleared by these officials. Knowing these discrepancies of the data indicated in the accompanying documents with the actual data, they did not conduct customs inspections and did not take measures to detect violations of customs rules.
The SCSU have already signed the relevant order regarding the persons who violated the oath of a civil servant and did not perform their duties conscientiously. So the Chop customs sent the relevant materials of the official investigation to the prosecutors of Transcarpathian region, who will consider them within the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
