Bank robbery in Mukachevo. The thieves took only laptops, and did not touch the money

As uzhgorod.in have reported, an audacious crime occurred recently in Mukachevo. In the middle of the night, unidentified offenders broke the door and entered in a commercial bank, which is guarded by a private security firm.

The robbers took three laptops, which apparently stored some valuable information. At least, they did not take any other values ​​- neither money, nor bank managers’ expensive cell phones …

The dispatcher of the said private security firm that guards the premises of the bank reported the offense to the police. 

The investigative team of the police and the unit of the State Security Service arrived at the scene within the shortest possible time, but by that moment the robbers had already run, having more than half an hour at their disposal …

The perpetrators are wanted, criminal proceedings over this fact have begun. Meanwhile, the police ask bank owners, entrepreneurs to entrust the protection of their values to the State Security Service. After all, so far no theft has been committed at the facilities guarded by the police.    

Now Transcarpathian police examines all banks, financial institutions, facilities storing large inventory holdings in the region, paying attention to the availability of protective means: bars, blinds, surveillance system, physical security, alarm button, etc. If such facilities are not equipped with the said means, then the police indicate the defeciencies in reports of survey and give time to eliminate them. Otherwise, administrative measures will be taken against the management of suchs facilities.
