Four Transcarpathian writers, members of the Union of Writers of Ukraine, in 2013 will be receiving monthly allowance for pension in the amount of 300 UAH.
The funds will be allocated on account of expenditure on social protection provided in the regional budget for the implementation of the regional program "Care".
This decision was initiated by the head of the regional organization of Union of Writers of Ukraine Vasyl Husti. He himself, despite having the retiree status, refused from such allowance.
