Zelensky submitted to the Parliament a bill on deferral of fines for owners of cars with foreign registration

According to the website of the Ukrainian Parliament, the initiator of the bill is the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The bill was registered on August 29 under No. 1030.
