“Zakarpathaz” urges Transcarpathians to timely report readings of the meters

Timely reporting of gas meter readings is the key to correct calculation of fee for the consumed natural gas.The amount of fee is calculated by the gas company in each individual case automatically, according to the meter readings provided by the customer.

If a consumer has not provided the meter reading, the volume of the energy consumed in a month is calculated by the gas distribution company. In this case, the user will receive a bill with estimated, not the actual volume of natural gas consumed.

In order to have actual amount of natural gas consumed in the bills, residents of the Transcarpathian region need to record the readings of gas meters every month and report them to the gas distribution company by the 5th day of the month.

For the convenience of customers, the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC offers the following ways to report the reading:

– SMS to the number 7104. The message must specify the personal account number and meter readings in the format: ХХХХХХХХХХ ХХХХХ where ХХХХХХХХХХ is 10 digits of the personal account number, and XXXXX is the meter readings (5 digits). Both parameters should be separated by space; 

– using web service "My Account" on the site 104.ua; Today, it is one of the most popular and convenient ways to report gas meter readings. You can sign up for the service on the site 104.ua; 

– by calling the contact center (0312) 48 83 04 and (067) 01 03 104 through interactive voice menu.   To leave the meter readings, press number "2". Then, following the voice prompts from the menu, enter the number of the personal account and readings. This service is available around the clock; 

– by E-mail to contact@zk.104.ua specifying personal account number, name and address; 

– by calling the operator of the contact center (0312) 48 83 04 or (067) 01 03 104. Please note: the "Zakarpathaz" Contact Center works daily from 8:00 to 20:00.
