The work of the customer service center in Uzhgorod has already been resumed. Next are service centers of the "Zakarpathaz" branches in the districts of the region, the press service of the "Zakarpathaz" JSC informs.
On July 4, the Customer Service Center (CSC) of the gas company resumed its normal operation.
"As of 9:00, the works of the CSC in Uzhgorod has been resumed. Next are service centers of the "Zakarpathaz" branches in the districts of the region. It should be noted that technical problems did not affect the work of the emergency dispatching service "104" and technical services of the company. The maintenance works on gas distribution networks were carried out according to the schedule" – specialist on public relations of the "Zakarpathaz" JSC Yuriy Lomakin said.
The full restoration of services and the corporate website of the company will be announced later.
As you know, on June 27, due to technical problems, provision of services to consumers of natural gas at the customer service centers and the work of the company contact center was partially suspended.
