“Zakarpathaz” receives 30 calls daily

In the first nine months of 2016, the emergency dispatch service of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC responded to more than 8.3 thousand appeals of gas consumers in Transcarpathian region. On average, the service receives about 30 customer calls daily.

According to the emergency service, most problems with natural gas use in households occur as a result of unauthorized installation, replacement of gas equipment, operation of gas appliances in improper condition and failure to comply with safety rules during use.

"With a decrease in outdoor temperature, the number of accidents increases. On average, by almost a quarter. This is primarily due to more intensive use of gas appliances. Remember: our service responds to emergencies around the clock and free of charge. Professionals can be called at any time of the day by phone 104 or (0312) 61-94-11" – senior engineer of the emergency dispatch service of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC Pavlo Prysyazhnyuk informs.

Be sure to call the gas emergency service "104" if:

• you can smell gas (odorant);

• gas supply in your home suddenly stopped;

• gas pressure in the network decreased or increased;

• you noticed unauthorized persons interfering in the work gas networks;

• gas network was damaged;

• a fire, explosion occurred.
