“Zakarpatgaz” will be challenge the fine imposed on the company in court

We already reported that the "Zakarpatgaz" was fined for illegal bills.

According to the "Ekonomichna Pravda", the "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC is preparing an administrative suit to the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyivclaiming the illegality of the Commission’s resolution and demanding its cancellation.

The report on inspection of the "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC does not specify which legislation provision was violated by the gas distribution system operator. The company does not agree with this decision of the commission.

The "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC acted exclusively within the limits of the current legislation, namely the Law on the Natural Gas Market, the Code of Gas Distribution Systems, typical agreement on the distribution of natural gas.

"The decision of the commission has no objective reasons and is politically motivated. As of March 27, inspections have been carried out and decisions have been made regarding seven companies, including the "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC. All of them were made according to the same pattern, based on identical reports and without sufficient legal substantiation", – the technical director of the "Zakarpatgaz" PJSC Oleksandr Holub said.
