“Zakarpatgaz” has disconnected gas supply for Uzhgorod citizens again

Today the company "Zakarpatgaz" will continue works on the planned maintenance (PM) of the three five-story buildings in the regional center – on Vysoka Street, 10, Rakotsy Street, 10 and 16. 130 flats are temporarily disconnected – said "Zakarpatgaz".

As the chief of the Intra-housing service networks Taras Stegura informed, "Zakarpatgaz" staff is planning to finish the work within three days. The acts for cleaning of air and smoke ducts by the organizations, authorized to do that according to the legislation, in this case by the Association of apartment houses owners “Druzhba” ("Friendship") and the society "OIR-Service", have already been given to the gas service workers.
They have to turn off gas supply to 50 more customers, living in the five-story buildings along Lev Tolstoy Street, 44, – said the head of the service. – It is an urgent need to replace the pipe, which has become unfit for use.
