Yuri Peresta is the new vice-rector of UzhNU

Uzhgorod National University has a new vice-rector. It is the Dean of the Dental Faculty Yuri Peresta.

In the Rectorate Yuri Peresta will be in charge of the educational and pedagogical work (medical direction). Meanwhile, despite the large number of vice-rectors, the university still does not have the first vice-rector. The Rector Vashchuk promised this post to Vitaly Nikolaychuk – the former acting head of the University.

But at the moment the promise still has not been fulfilled.Moreover, it is likely that today they will announce about the annexation of Fedir Vashchuk’s brainchild – Transcarpathian State University – to UzhNU. The matter of reorganization is being considered by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
