Young tourists inspired the snail farm to make pizza with Transcarpathian delicacies

The first Transcarpathian snail farm in Nyzhnye Selyshche began baking homemade pizza with snail meat. According to tourism expert Fedir Shandor, the idea was suggested by young tourists. After all, modern children always ask about two things: pizza and burgers. Now we have a unique Transcarpathian variation of pizza, the idea of ​​which can be developed.

"The founders of the farm responded to the ‘market demand’, and the idea of ​​a snail pizza arose," – Fedir says.

The topping is minced fresh snail meat, tomatoes, Turya garlic and Selyshche cheese. And the cheese is very fragrant.

"You can’t compare snail meat to anything, and it tastes like young chicken."

The farm is currently working on dough technology and visual design of the snail pizza.

By the way, the company is constantly inventing new gastronomic features, such as snail caviar, smoked snail on vine, snails in various sauces or marinated in oil.
