Young people are choosing professions: admission campaign continues in UzhNU

A regular meeting of the Admissions Committee of Uzhgorod National University took place on Friday, August 14. At the meeting, they considered the statistics of applications from entrants, issues of admission to competitive selection, entrance examinations for master’s degree.

The submission of electronic applications for the bachelor’s degree began on August 13, and as of the end of August 14, 3498 applications were submitted for the bachelor’s degree (master’s degree in medicine and pharmacy). 2113 applications were submitted for master’s degree.

The largest number of applications was submitted for "Law" – 247, "Medicine" – 144, "Germanic languages ​​and literatures (translation included), English major" – 119, "Psychology" – 116, "International economic relations "- 106," Physical culture and sports "- 103 applications.

Also, at the meeting of the Admissions Committee, they discussed the procedure for conducting professional entrance exams and entrance exams in a foreign language, because the bulk of exams for master’s degree will be held in the period from 17 to 21 August.
