You can sign petition to ban the performances of traveling circuses with animals in Uzhgorod until August 16

The collection of signatures under the petition on the prohibition of performances of traveling circuses with animals continues on the site of the Uzhgorod City Council.

It was initiated by animal rights activists in order to finally stop the performances of shapitos, in which animals are abused to amuse the audience. Because it is known that circuses are not a shelter or a sanatorium for animals, but a prison with tortures. Finally, following the civilized world, Ukraine is gradually joining such initiatives.

The decision to ban such circuses in the city has already been approved by the Mukachevo City Council. Now, it’s the time of the regional center.
