On July 23, at 8.50 p.m. Beregovo local resident reported to the police station that on Kutuzov street, Viktor S., born in 1975, being drunk, was running around with a rifle and shooting at passers-by.
Operational investigative group found out that earlier this day two Beregovo citizens, having drunk a large amount of alcohol, had a falling-out. One of them – Victor S. came to the neighbor’s house, where at a distance of 7-10 meters fired twice from a 4.5-calibre air rifle. No one was injured. Rifle was seized. The police released Victor S. after testifying.
