On September 26th, at 19:55, the Rescue Service received a report of a fire in the building of a plant in Uzhgorod.Upon arrival, it was found out that the fire had engulfed debris in a former electroplating shop, which is not being operated.
Crews of the 14th and 15th State Fire and Rescue Units were eliminating the fire. Overall, 4 pieces of equipment and 20 personnel members.
The fire was localized at 20:20, and completely eliminated at 20:30.
Debris over the area of 10 square meters was destroyed.
Nobody died or was injured during the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
