Workers of the ambulance station have been diagnosed with COVID-19

Of the 25 workers who had already undergone PCR testing, 16 were confirmed to have COVID-19. Also, three persons they have been contact with were diagnosed with COVID-19.  

Today, the emergency response committee decided to immediately take all necessary measures to localize the disease and prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the territory of Mukachevo community. The ambulance workers were sent to self-isolation, all of them will undergo PCR testing in the near future.  

All workers will be tested by PCR and only healthy workers will be allowed to work. Until the results of the studies are known, the ambulance station is temporarily closed, and the management of the Transcarpathian Territorial Emergency Medical Care Center was instructed to ensure the provision of emergency medical care to local residents.

Also, the call center of the medical center "Family" will employ specialists who will consult people around the clock on the visits of ambulance crews, the staff of the Primary Health Care Center, subject to the decision of the family doctor, will provide medical help, and if necessary, additional specialists will be employed.
