An attempt to conduct Lady In Red cycling parade in Uzhgorod ended in failure. This action is conducted today in Kyiv and several other major cities of Ukraine. It is carried out within the European Mobility Week. It’s purpose is to gather girls on bicycles and dressed in red who would ride along the city. Uzhgorod also decided to join the action.
However, the attempt failed. Whether due to poor organization or unwillingness of Uzhgorod girls to ride bicycles. At the appointed time on the Tetralna square only three female bikers gathered. After having waited for other participants they had to go on their way.
