Transcarpathian rescuers conduct a training seminar at the Dragobrat meadow.
The rescuers train to save people in the mountains, transport victims and navigate in winter mountains.
Rescuers say: the safety of countrymen is under strict control and call Transcarpathians not to engage in "wild" winter tourism and bear in mind all the hazards of snowy mountains.
