Will Uzhgorod residents want to have fire funerals?

A new petition has appeared on the site of the Uzhgorod City Council: "Construction and arrangement of the crematorium in Uzhgorod".

Considering that the current Uzhgorod cemetery in Barvinok is almost filled up, and no new territories for burials are foreseen at the moment, the construction of the crematorium can indeed solve many issues.

But will Uzhgorod residents themselves want to have a crematorium near them? And is it really appropriate to build a crematorium in the city, rather than out of its limits?

And most importantly: are the townspeople ready for burning of the dead instead of classical funerals?
