The Vodokanal attributes termination of water supply on Saturday in almost entire left bank part of Uzhgorod to the necessity of repair works on the sewer network due to clogging in Solyany lane near Slovyanska embankment.
About 20 specialists were working to fix the problem, the elimination of the accident was carried out in the morning, but the work continued at night.
Water supply was not terminated until absolutely necessary, partially water was supplied to Lehotsky street.
The city water utility administration apologizes for the inconvenience, water supply was resumed immediately after completion of the work.
