Whoever won’t pay for hired workers legally, must pay a fine – this task was set before the State Fiscal Service (SFS) by the Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman. Here are the first results of work. Employees of the Main Office of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) in Transcarpathian region found a big illegal international transportation business, and, as a result, the State Labor Service imposed on the entrepreneur a fine of almost UAH 21 million, the Acting Head of the SFS Miroslav Prodan said. "The employees of the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region, during the inspection, found a big illegal international transportation business. The entrepreneur employed 186 drivers without any employment contracts, that is illegally, – he wrote in Facebook on Thursday. M.Prodan also emphasized the intensification of the SFS activities for the detection of illegal employees: "On the instructions of the Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, measures to detect illegal employees are being taken in all regions of Ukraine. Relevant working groups have been formed."
