When will the academic year end, EIT and admission campaign take place in Transcarpathia? (OFFICIALLY)

In connection with the national quarantine, the Ministry of Education and Science has developed two scenarios for the completion of the academic year, conduct of the external independent test and admission campaign. This was announced today, March 26, 2020, by the Acting Minister of Education and Science Lyubomira Mandziy during the online broadcast on the MES Facebook page.
“The quarantine has been extended – until April 24, the classes are continuing remotely. We hope for the best and that the quarantine will end on April 24, but we must be prepared for different developments. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Science has developed two scenarios, taking into account the quarantine situation,” – Lyubomira Mandziy said.
FIRST SCENARIO: QUARANTINE ENDS BY THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE
All students except Grade 11 graduate at the end of June. After the quarantine, corrective classes will be organized for them: the teacher identifies topics for which there are gaps in knowledge, teaches those that are critical to the form, says which topics need to be further studied at home.
Graduates of Grade 11 also study until the end of June – filling in gaps in the curriculum, preparing for EIT.
The EIT starts approximately in the last week of June and ends approximately in the middle of July. The results of the main EIT session will be announced at the end of July.
The admission campaign will begin in early August.
SECOND SCENARIO: QUARANTINE CONTINUES UNTIL AUGUST
All students except Grade 11 graduate at the end of May and receive appropriate documents. In the 2020-2021 academic year, the first month of classes will be corrective. Teachers will need to identify topics for which there are gaps, and fill them in during the first month of the school. The 2020-2021 academic year will last until the end of June.
The EIT for Grade 11 starts in mid-August and ends by mid-September.
The admission campaign will end by mid-October, and the training for first-year students will begin in early November. Classes for the rest of the students will start on September 1st.
