When snow brings no joy: 20 settlements of Transcarpathia are without electricity supply due to wet snow

As reported by the State Emergencies Service in Transcarpathian region, as of 06:00 on December 18, due to wet snow, 20 settlements in the territory of Tyachiv, Khust and Rakhiv districts were disconnected from the electricity supply (5 completely and 15 partly).
