August 31 – 669th Anniversary of the village of Kamyanytsia in Uzhgorod. Festival "Kam Tour 2019".

August 31 – An interesting lecture "The truth about education III: "dragons" and "heroes" of child’s education", organized by "Gombichka" and others. Speaker: practical psychologist of the Mukachevo Inclusive Resource Center, trainer on PEP-3, CASD, CONNers, Leiter-3, WISC-IV diagnostic methods Svitlana Shalabonina (organizational contribution for all, for psychology students participation is free). August 31 – "From the past to the past” sponsored by US Embassy Kyiv Ukraine and hosted by Cultural Capital Introspection and Residence "Sorry, No Vacancies". It is a group exhibition of Transcarpathian artists from 1960 to 1990 and New York. Curator – Anna Komar (Regional House of Culture of Trade Unions, 2nd floor, Ruska st., 3, Uzhgorod)  
August 31 – Ukrainian Second League Football Championship. FC "Uzhgord" – SC "Chaika" (Petropavlivska Borschagivka). The beginning is at 17.00 (stadium, Uzhgorod)  
August 31 – September 2 – performance of the orchestra of the Operational Command "West" in Transcarpathian region to promote military service and the spiritual and cultural heritage of the people. August 31 – Tyachiv and Khust (10.00; 17.00), September 1 – Uzhgorod (13.00) and Chop (17.00), September 2 – professional agricultural lyceum (the city of Mukachevo) (at 10.00) and Beregovo (at 12.00).  
August 31, September 1 – September 4 – premiere of the feature film "Ilovaysk 2014. "Donbas" Battalion" (director – Ivan Timchenko, screenwriter – Mykhailo Brynykh). It is timed to mark the 5th anniversary of the Ilovaysk tragedy, in which, according to official figures, 368 Ukrainian soldiers we.

September 1 – Holiday “Farewell, Summer! Holi Paint Festival" organized by the Student Republic of Transcarpathia, the Transcarpathian League of KVN with the support of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and the Uzhgorod City Council. The program includes: paint battles, competitions and entertainment, sports! The beginning is at 16.00 (Narodna Sq., Uzhgorod) 

September 1 – The first bell at the school №6.  9.00 – elementary school, 10.30 – secondary school (the city of Uzhgorod)  
September 1 – Transcarpathian Academic Regional Puppet Theater "Bavka" opens the 39th theater season with the premiere of "Star Boy"

September 1 – City picnic in Skansen. Delicious food from "Kitchen. Gastronomic boutique", music and get together, a bit of sports and a lot of fun, entertainment for kids and relaxation for adults.

September 1 – Football championship of the district. The beginning is at 15.30 (stadium,  Irshava). 
September 2 – the inauguration of the memorial sign of the Small State Emblem of Ukraine with the participation of the acting head of the Civil-Military Cooperation Division of the Operational Command "West", Lieutenant Colonel A. Rysyuk. The beginning is at 12.00. (Secondary school №5, E. Tomash st., 1, Beregovo).  
September 2 – First of September holiday for first-graders and their parents. Interesting workshops, flashmobs, games have been prepared for children. Out-of-school establishments are involved in the holiday. The beginning is at 9.00 (Peremoha Park, Mukachevo).  
September 2 – Knowledge Day at the Transcarpathian Academy of Arts. 11.00 – Celebration on the occasion of the Holiday of Knowledge in the small hall of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. The program includes: inaugural lecture by Ukrainian art critic, Honored Cultural Worker of Poland, Doctor of Art Studies, NAMU Academician Oleksandr Fedoruk, greetings from the Rector of the Academy, Prof. Ivan Nebesnyk, laying flowers on the grave of Adalbert Erdelyi, freshmen get together, 12.30 – free communication (TAA, Regional Philharmonic).

– new display on the 75-year-old events, when the Hungarian authorities, on the orders from the Nazi command, sent echelons with Transcarpathian Jews to the concentration camp Auschwitz and a story of a Jewish girl from the village of Bilky Lilia Jakob. Every day, except for weekends (on weekends – by appointment) (history and local lore museum, Irshava).
