What, where, when on weekend in Transcarpathia (April 27 – May 1)

April 27 – A theatrical excursion with torches in the night castle, organized by tourism expert Max Adamenko. Monk, Princess and Executioner are waiting for you! Additional option – photo shoot in the night castle with torches in medieval clothes (by appointment) (fee – 200 UAH per person). The beginning is at 21.00 (Palanok castle, Mukachevo).

April 27 – closing of the exhibition of nano-aquariums. Announcement of the winner in the nomination "Audience Award" (Bar "Aquarium", Tolstoy st., Uzhgorod)

April 27 – 29 – "Easter in the "Derenivski Kupeli". April 27 – amateur family mini-golf tournament, April 28 at 8:30 – traditional consecration of Easter baskets in the St. Alexandra Chapel, festive Easter breakfast; April 29 – grill picnic at the "Derenivka" farm; fun entertainments for children. Pre-order required (the village of Derenivka, Uzhgorod district).

May 1 – Bograch championship. Several teams will compete. The beginning is at 10.00 ("Kosyno Thermal Waters", the village of Kosyno, Beregovo district).

May 1-5 – the traditional honey and wine festival "Sun Drink". The best winemakers in the region, as well as beekeepers, producers of agricultural products will be offering their wines, honey and beekeeping products, cheeses, souvenirs. The program also includes entertainment events (Bozdosh Park, Uzhgorod)

– Easter exhibition of works by junior pupils of children’s art school (fireplace hall of the children’s art school, the city of Mukachevo).

– "INTRO" – 6 curator projects featuring more than 30 Ukrainian authors ("Ilko Gallery", Koshitska street, Uzhgorod)

– Works by Mukachevo artists Victor Hrabar and Yaroslava Katran (History Museum "Palanok", Mukachevo).

– Festival-competition "Arise, Easter Egg!" About six dozen Easter trees, each one will have 250-300 Easter eggs. There will also be a themed composition "Traditions of Easter holidays: from antiquity to modern times" (Narodna Square, 4, Uzhgorod)

– "The World of Easter Egg" – works by 50 masters presenting 535 Easter eggs made in various techniques. The works of teachers and students of the sacral art department of Lviv State Academy of Arts are also presented. Icons are made in the classical technique of temper icon painting. Every day (except Tuesday) 10.00 – 18.00 (Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life, Kapitulna st., 33 "a", Uzhgorod)

– personal exhibition of the works of the member of the National Union Artists of Ukraine Viktor Chepynets (Khust) (city art gallery, Pirogov st., 1, the city of  Khust).
