What, where, when on the weekend in Transcarpathia (2 – 3 of July)

July 2 – Children’s Festival "Fairy Kingdom" (under the project "Travelling Puppets"). It will feature the performance "Magic Balloon", greetings from kids, goodies for the kids from the organizers, making of big puzzle of Transcarpathia and coloring entitled "Paint your Transcarpathia" from the NGO "Parallel World".      Beginning at 15.00 (the village of Korolevo, Vynogradiv district).

July 2 – 3 – The Tourist Philharmonic. 10.00-14.00. The organ will be playing from 13.00 to 14.00 (Regional Philharmonic, Uzhgorod).

July 3 – sports competition "Street Workout Fest" (Rakhiv).

July 3 – open tour. Beginning at 14.00 (start from Teatralna Sq., Uzhgorod).

3 July – performance "The Bremen Town Musicians" by Andersen (25 UAH). The beginning is at 12.00. The play "The Good Soldier Svejk" (director – honored artist of Ukraine Vasyl Shershun) (30-80 UAH).The beginning is at 18.00 (Regional Music and Drama Theater, Uzhgorod).

July 3 – children’s party (the entrance and all entertainment for children are free, the Tourinfocenter informs) (the village of Bene, Beregovo district).

Exhibitions and expositions:

– Exhibition of paintings of known artist, one of the founders of the Transcarpathian school of painting Adalbert Erdelyi. Several dozen works from museum collections as well as from private collections are presented. Some of them are exhibited for the first time. 10.00- 18.00 (day off – Monday) (Art Museum.Y.Bokshay Art Museum)

– Exhibition of graduation projects by Students of Transcarpathian Art Academy. 11.00 – 21.00, Sundays – 12.00 – 19.00 (Ilko gallery, Koshitska st., Uzhgorod).   

– Exhibition of works titled "Children’s world in the works of People’s Artist of Ukraine A.A.Kotska." 10.00-17.00 (Sunday – 13.00-17.00 (Memorial House and Museum of People’s Artist of Ukraine Andriy Kotska, Vinnychna Str., 20, Uzhgorod).
