What, where, when in Transcarpathia (9 – 10 of April)

April 9 – Green Toloka (Bozdosh park, Uzhgorod).

April 9 – 10 – an exhibition of paintings of the artistic family of Victor and Olena Derda (textile collages). The artists are graduates of the Lviv Academy of Arts (Textile department), now teachers of the Transcarpathian Art Institute (Art Café "Voto", Voloshin str., Uzhgorod).

April 9 – 10 – retrospective exhibition of paintings and graphic works by the teacher Petro Kotsan 11.00 -15.00 ("Impasto" gallery, Shevchenko street, 8, Vynogradiv).

9- April 10 – the international man-trailing championship of dogs (21 countries are represented). Saturday – events in the fields in Mukachevo district, near the villages of Zaluzhzhya and Makarovo. Sunday – awarding of the winners and the concert (territory of Mukachevo Chidren’s and Youth Sports School).

April 9 – 10 – solo exhibition of Uzhgorod artist Arthur Tyvodar. The exhibition includes works from the project "Arkan XXI", which was presented in the regional center of the modern art of the "Inter Chic" gallery in Vinnytsia in 2013, and the "Apple Savior" which was exhibited last year in the cultural educational center of Vinnytsia National Technical University. The exhibition is dedicated to the memory of children who were killed in eastern Ukraine. 10.00 -18.00 (Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, Uzhgorod).

April 9 – 10 – retrospective exhibition dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Transcarpathian artist Vasyl Skakandiy. The exhibition features 70 works of the artist. Saturday – 11.00-15.00, Sunday – 11.00-13.00 ("Uzhgorod" gallery).

April 9 – 10 – exhibition of paintings by contemporary artist, Honored Artist of Ukraine Vladyslav Gabda. The event is to mark his 55th anniversary. The exhibition presents about 50 paintings that have been painted over the last 15 years under the title "INFORMEL". 9.00-17.00 (Transcarpathian Art Museum, Uzhgorod).

April 10 – T.Habbe based on the fairy tale "Cinderella" (the memory of the impossible). The beginning is at 11.00, 13.00 (puppet theater "Bavka" Uzhgorod).

April 10 – film screening. The beginning is at 21.00 (Stanley Kubrick cinema (Uzhgorod, Dukhnovich st., 25).

April 10 – 4th International Festival "Music without Borders". Concert of the variety brass band and soloists of the Philharmonic titled "Aerial fantasy". Pieces by American composers will be performed. Beginning at 17.00 (Regional Philharmonics, Uzhgorod).

April 10 – parable-musical in one act "Mowgli" (Kipling, produced for the stage by Marina Ivanenko) (25 UAH). The beginning is at 12.00. Musical drama in 2 acts (based of Karpenko-Kary’s drama "Unlucky") "What willows weep about" (30-80 UAH) 1.  Beginning at 18.00 (Regional Music and Drama Theater, Uzhgorod).
