What, where, when in Transcarpathia (21-22 of October)

October 21 – Great Vegetarian Master Class. Participants will be to taught to cook original, simple and, most importantly, nutritious dishes with late autumn vegetables (for charity contributions). The beginning is at 15.00 (Voloshin st., 26. terrace of the Nitai Family cafe, Uzhgorod).

October 21-22 – Holiday of Chestnuts and Wine. Presentation of the Marrone chestnut variety. During the tasting, you will also be offered herbal tea, honey and, of course, young wine (prior appointment required). The tasting will take place from 14.00 to 16.00 (Guest House Marketti, Vynogradiv).

October 22 – Open hike from the Hiking Club. This time, they plan to climb the Mt. Bozyovo (Buzhora) (1095 m. asl), which offers a fantastic panorama of the surrounding mountains and valleys (cost – 75 UAH). For details, call +380679583820 (Orest). Departure is at 5.15 from the railway station of Uzhgorod

October 22 – Weekend Music. Pop and brass band (artistic director – Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Spivak). The beginning is at 17.00 (Regional Philharmonic, Uzhgorod).

October 22 – performance for children "Nibbly-Quibbly the Goat" by Vasyl Husti. The beginning is at 11.00 and 13.00 (Transcarpathian Puppet Theatre "Bavka", Uzhgorod).
