“The meeting of the regional anti-epidemic commission has just ended.
We have decided:
Three-week quarantine until April 3 in schools, kindergartens, universities of the region.
All institutions, enterprises, government authorities of different levels should refrain from organizing and holding mass events, including cultural and entertaining ones.
To postpone until the stabilization of epidemic situation all sports competitions, tournaments in Transcarpathian region and trips to similar events in the countries where COVID-19 cases have been registered.
If these events have already been organized, they should be held without spectators and fans. Step up disinfection measures in social, medical institutions, transport, in public places: cinemas, markets, cafes, restaurants. To increase the frequency of cleaning with disinfectants in these facilities and air the premises more often.
To introduce stricter anti-epidemic measures in healthcare facilities and prohibit patient visits.
To provide public sector workers with personal care supplies (wipes, liquid soap dispensers, alcohol-containing antiseptics).”
