What kind of weather should the Transcarpathians expect on New Year’s Eve?

From 21.00 December 29 to 21.00 December 30, 2019, the following weather is expected

In Transcarpathian region: Partly cloudy weather, without significant precipitation. Ice cover on some sections of the mountain roads. At night and in the morning, in some places there will be fog. Southeast wind 7-12 m / s. Air temperature at night will be -4 to -9°, in the mountains up to -12°, during the day -3 to +2°C.  
In Uzhgorod: Partly cloudy weather, no precipitation. Southeast wind 7-12 m / s. Air temperature at night will be -4 to -6°, 0 to +2°C during the day.
