From 21.00 October 29 to 21.00 October 30, 2019, the following weather is expected in Transcarpathian region:

Cloudy weather with clearings, no significant precipitations. At night and in the morning, there will be fog. North wind of 5-10 m / s. Air temperature at night will be +2 to -3°, during the day 4-9°, in the mountains, in some places 13-15° above zero.  
In Uzhgorod: partly cloudy, no precipitation. North wind of 5-10 m / s. Air temperature at night will be 0-2 °, during the day – 11-13 °.
