2 criminal proceedings have been opened for illegal imprisonment and possession of weapons.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of Transcarpathia, yesterday, October 29, a Transcarpathian woman reported to the police that an Uzhgorod resident was forcibly holding her in his house and used physical violence against her.
Later, automatic firearms, ammunition, batons and explosives were found in the house. Also, drugs were found there.
The owner of the house was no longer there.
Criminal proceedings were instituted under Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code, ie illegal imprisonment that caused physical suffering to the victim, and Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code, ie illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives.
Police are also looking for the owner of the house.
Also, local media report that it is the owner of the "Zina" chain stores Mykola Zholtani.
